15th Annual O.K.I. Healing Touch Community Gathering - Sounds like Light - RESULTS

All had an adventurous day with Will Ridenour, a professional kora player, and Amelia Vogler, a specialist in energy medicine, as they journey with you through a day of remembering origination, expansion, and illumination. In the first moment, there is silence. Then, like the water of the Earths first rain, the kora, an african harp, guides you to the landscape of this original moment and your heart remembers its first moment as a heart. Sound was said to be the beginning. Light was said to come after. New science is suggesting that sound creates light, just as light creates sound. Together, sound and light create the fundamental opportunity, the original and purest opportunity, to come deeply home into the original moments of your beginning. So, in this day of immersive, co-creative experience this is where we will travel… back to the beginning, where mystery is everywhere….

Participants learned….

• were immersed in the infinite and timeless healing powers of sound and light
  
  
• were guided through a journey of the hara with the kora to connect with your soul’s purpose, heart's desire, and physical truths
  
  
• your 12 Divine gifts and how to work with them through a 12-chakra system and experiential learning

• be loved by two presenters who offer this experience with pure heart and intention to hold sacred space for your highest good

• sit at the altar of your Celestial Wishing Tree and empower the prayers of this lifetime
  
  
• learn to access the powers of the Imaginal realm where mystery is the seedbed to our healing capacities. (your tool kit will expand infinitely!)
  
  
• step into opportunities for partnered healing exchanges and personal healing through demonstrations with Amelia and the Kora.

  We were all surprised at what was waiting for us in all of that which sounds like light…..

14th Fall HT Community Gathering Summary

14th Annual Fall OKI Healing Touch Gathering

Sixty people attended the Fall OKI gathering. It was a wonderful event to learn, to network and to simply catch up with so many Healing Touch friends. The community was updated on HTWF’s grants that were funded this year as well as those that were completed. It was wonderful to celebrate Bobbie McCourt’s certification with a pinning ceremony. We also celebrated and recognized Theresa Kajs with a pinning ceremony for her 20th anniversary as an instructor. Congratulations ladies!!!

We were honored to have Cynthia Hutchison, DNSc, MSN, RN, HTCP/I, HT Education Program Director, to be part of our gathering. Cynthia presented the history behind the Eurythmy Body Prayer, taught us the graceful movements of the Vowel Prayer (A-E-I-O-U), followed by The Halleluiah prayer. What an awesome time!

The VOWEL Prayer:

A= I open myself to Truth, Beauty and Goodness, and the Miracle of my life.
E= May I live my life in Purity, in Compassion and in Good Will.
I= May I be a Bridge between Heaven and Earth.
O= I embrace my life; I love my life; I love the World.

We had a great lineup of Raffle and Silent Auction items that made their way home to new owners.

Through your support of these fundraising events we raised $1100!
