Mission :

To support the training of residents of foreign countries as Healing Touch Level 1, 2 and/or 3 instructors, thereby spreading the light worldwide.

Funding Criteria:

Requirements

The applicant must be a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner.

The applicant must reside outside the US and Canada.

Requested support must be limited to providing tuition support for on-line instructor training.

The applicant must have been approved for Instructor training or be in the process of obtaining such approval. No funds will be disbursed until such approval has been obtained.

Factors that will be considered include:

1. The number of instructors in the country and the need for additional instructors.

2. The amount of funds requested.

3. The applicant’s need for financial support beyond that available from the HTWF general scholarship program (e.g., currently 500 USD).

4. The amount of other support received or self-generated by the applicant.

5. The availability of Janet Mentgen funds and availability of other HTWF funds.

6. Any funding previously provided for that country by HTWF and the Janet Mentgen Fund.

7. Recommendations from area residents and Healing Touch Practitioners and Instructors.

Funding Decision Process:

Applicant or representative submits the JM Fund application and uploads a copy of the applicant’s certification certificate, a statement by the applicant or representative of the need for an additional instructor for that country and any other supporting comments and any recommendations they wish considered.

Except in unusual circumstances, applications will be accepted at any time and acted upon promptly.
